At most food establishments in the bar or service area we have these little knife like things that hang out by the garnishes- usually fruit or vegetables that make your drink look extra fancy. Sometimes, they are black and sometimes they are clear… but for the most part there all plastic. One thing that I LOVE doing, is yelling at people who put their grimy hands all over fresh garnishes....
